Trying to Get blockexg.lsp to Function...?

I need to use the blockexg.lsp that is shipped with mechanical.

I load the app and response is normal (_appload blockexg.lsp successfully loaded), but when I enter the command "blockexg" it the "unknown command" response is received.

I have looked for a hidden dialog box, opened a CUI tab, etc but find no evidence of the function anywhere.

Could you please tell me 1) does this program work for you, or if so could you point me in the correct direction?

The only reference that I can find on the web is the 2 locations from Autodesk stating that it ships with AutoCAD.
