CAD Drawing of a Shopping Mall

I would like to find a web site that would give us the information necessary to build a mall with info on parking lot, handicap parking, building plans, sidewalks, plants, restrooms require per amount of buildings on site.

This is a project for a junior in high school.

I have not gone into this much info for my students, but he is a second year student and should be able to handle finding the info and dwg a strip mall.
