Block Reference in Paper Space

I have a block in my drawing which is visible in model tab, but it is not visible in paper space tab?

check you viewport display condition...

On the layers interface check the viewport visability for that layer, you will need to double click inside the viewport to make sure it is active to see the actual settings that are toggled. When creating new layers etc. the previous layer criteria is copied to the new layer and if you aren't careful the "new viewport" toggle will be turned off. .j.
