Autocad License Missing

Hi, I am Azaree who is a new Admin Manager for an Electrical company.

An Administration Dept had just been implemented here. So everything need to be setup properly especially asset.

The company had an AutoCAD unit but has been shut down a few years back.

But when I joined and did an inventory audit, we found out that all those licenses were missing.

We assumed that the AutoCAD users brought it back with them when the unit is shut down.

Can you give me a solution on how to track back those licenses?

I think the easiest way to track down those AutoCAD licenses is to contact Autodesk directly.

They should have a record of all purchased seats in their database.
