Attached PDF Not Printing

I imported a PDF drawing. It shows in preview, but does not plot. It is not on a non-plot layer. I am using it as a background drawing. Please help.

Have you set PROXYSHOW to 1?

I also find that converting a PDF file to a JPG file and attaching the JPG file in AutoCAD works much better.

AutoCAD also seems to run faster with a JPG file than a PDF.
