Current Layer VS Selected Layer

by Anonymous
(Dallas TX)

I have one question about the CAD program.

The layer control box in the drawing shows the current layer.

But if we click one object in the drawing, we can easily verify which layer is used for the object because the layer control box shows the selected layer, not the current layer.

From yesterday afternoon, the layer control box in my computer is showing only the current layer.

It doesn’t change even if I select any lines or objects.

Do you know how I can change the format?

I have tried to find out how to change it, but I couldn’t….

check layer manager settings

Look inside your "layer manager" - along the left side of the window.

It indicates whether you are currently dealing with ALL layers, or xerf layers.

Sometimes the incorrect group of layer can get inadvertently clicked on and you have to click back on the ALL layers selection.

Give that a try and see what you get.
