How do I plot a 24x36 drawing to an 11x17 sheet?

I receive drawings that are 24x36 and my employer does his changes on them and would like them plotted to 11x17. If I change my paper size a good part of the drawing does not show on the pdf. Help please?

The easiest way is fit it to a page, being 24x36 (an architectural "D" size) the half-size would be an architectural "B" size of 12x18, if you go to the 11x17 so you will loose scaleability (new word?).
Try setting and plotting a window using the border outline as the pick points and at a 1:2 scale (relative to the original drawing) you should see everything and save the ability to scale the drawing. .j.
