Is there a way to globally change the font in a drawing?

Redefining Fonts in AutoCAD

Yes there is. Type CHANGE, then select everything in your drawing.

Use the filter tool to highlight only text and mtext, then change the font to whatever font you wish.

You may have to setup a new font first before making the change.

You could also redefine the text font with the STYLE command.

Choose each existing font in the drop down menu, then change the font. This will redefine the fonts.
